From arrival to departure, you'll move through four intentional experiences designed to ground you, heal you, and launch you into your next season.

MOMENT 1: ROOTED
Identity. Faith. Foundation.

Upon your arrival at the location, you will receive your gift, shirt, and room assignment. There will be a welcome night on the first day as we discuss what it means to be "rooted". You will not leave the same way you came in. Conversations about who you are when nobody's watching, and a study on finding our true authenticity in Christ. It will be a cozy pajama night with your sisters where the conversation is real.

By the next day, you'll remember, "I am more than my role. I am rooted in God, not in other people's approval."
MOMENT 2: RESTORED
Healing. Renewal. Wholeness.

This moment is about tending to your heart. Restoration is often found in our worship, and we often need help getting there. Take inventory (what needs attention?). You will learn what needs to be removed and what needs rejuvenation. For the session to benefit you the most, you will have to be honest with yourself

By the end of this moment, you'll be able to feel it. Affirm yourself even now. "I am worth taking care of." "I am loved." "I am allowed to heal."
MOMENT 3: REIGNITED
Purpose. Passion. Courage.

This moment is about stepping back into your life with intention. God has called you for a specific assignment, and it is unique to you. What has God told you to do that you've either dropped the ball on or put on the back burner? It's time to pick it back up and move it forward. You will reawaken the gift inside of you and move with God.

When this session is wrapped up, you'll know you're ready, you're rooted, you're restored, and you're reignited.
MOMENT 4: RESET
Boundaries. Priorities. Vision.

This moment is where you rest. You don't have to perform. You don't have to fake it. You don't have to worry about what someone will say. This is a safe space. You are safe. You get to be as vulnerable and transparent as you need to be, and myself and other attendees will cover you.

Q: What is this event really about? Is it a retreat?
A: This is a reset. While the setting and atmosphere will mirror a retreat feel, this event will function as an active setting.
Q: Where is this located?
A: This reset will be located in cabins in Gatlinburg, TN
Q: Will there be any free time?
A: There will possibly be a few moments where you can tuck away and get some free time, but due to this event only be two days, starting on Friday evening and ending Saturday afternoon, there isn't a lot of down time.
Q: Can kids, teens, or men come?
A: This retreat is for women aged 21 and older. Due to the sensitive information that will be shared, no men or kids will be allowed. If you have a daughter or female relative who is between the ages of 18 and 20 who you think would be benefit from this reset, email Theresa Alexis at info@theresaalexis.com
Q: What if I cannot attend the entire event?
A: Unfortunately, due to this event only being a Friday evening, Saturday morning to mid-afternoon event, we are unable to accommodate packages separate from the full reset experience.
Q: Will there be food?
A: Dinner will be served on Friday night as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday. When filling out the registration, please indicate any allergies or preferences.
Q: What's the refund policy?
A: All money paid for The Baddie Reset is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Medical emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
